My Life is About to Change for Several Weeks

Sometimes life throws some challenges at you and well I have just been hit big time. A little background information first. I had a c-section 9 weeks ago today. Since that time I have been hospitalized 12 days, been put on numerous medications, seen by 8 doctors, and yesterday I learned I will be having surgery again. All of this is due to a hard mass that is right above my c-section scar. At first they thought it was an abscess, then cellulitis, then they were not sure, then they thought it was just swollen tissue due to infection, and now they believe it is deep tissue necrosis caused by the c-section when the blood supply was cut off from my stomach.
The mass in my stomach continues to grow and basically guys it is GROSS. I have big black spots on my stomach. It is not pretty.
Friday they are cutting all of that out. For 6-8 weeks I will be down. I will have a wound vac attached to the area and home health will have to come in to clean the vac.
It's just a big mess!
Because my husband will still have to work and I can't take care of a baby from the bed we will basically be moving in with my parents.
My sister, her husband, and their baby Bennett already live there. Talk about a full house.
I have spent the time since I learned the news getting things packed and getting the house in order.
My school has been amazing and is deducting my time off across 7 checks so we will have some of my check each month.
Please pray for my recovery. The faster I heal the faster I will get back home to cook, craft, and take care of my family.

I'll keep y'all update.

    1. The hardest part is having to be away from Jack for too many days. I'll be in a hospital 2 hours away and it will be too difficult for them to travel with him plus taking a newborn to a hospital just isn't a good idea. I'm going to miss him so much. I'm not sure how I am going to deal with it. The pain in my heart will surpass the pain in my stomach.
