Funny Weight Loss Motivational Quotes Androidmga thumb

Yep! I just posted how much I weigh. I broke the woman rule and revealed THAT number. Why would someone do something so crazy? Cause this girl has to put it out there and be honest. I've hidden from it for awhile now.

When I got pregnant I weighed 182. I was living a much healthier lifestyle. Exercising and eating right was my main focus. Fun how life works out because boom positive pee stick.

Exercise and eating right went out the window. I actually craved healthy food for awhile and then Jack (okay maybe me) wanted Rolos and spaghetti. I even started drinking caffeine free soda again. It was kinda great because eating didn't leave me with a "I hate myself feeling". It was nice not worrying about my weight.

The day he was born I weighed 235. Ouch!

Jack was born and I went right back to hating my body and stuffing junk down my throat.

Life got crazy and busy and I didn't care about what I was eating just getting to eat was nice. Too bad I didn't eat healthy because I was rarely eating. Sleep deprivation made me not care.

Today I'm at 213. I never thought I would be in the 200's. That one little number breaks my little heart.

Every Wednesday I am going to weight in. Sounds good...Weigh In Wednesday. I'm going to be accountable to this computer, to you, and to myself. Now I can't promise that number will decrease. I just promise to tell you that number. Good or bad.

Now a little weight humor cause laughing burns calories.

  1. I'm right there with you! I had lost a bunch of weight after college and gained it back after getting married and having two kids. I was doing really well after Cecily was born and got down to my prepregnancy weight until I went back to work and then it all went downhill. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost either. So, so frustrating!

  4. LOL at the 'I've been dieting all morning...Am I skinny yet?' That made me laugh.
My weight came off naturally and easily with my first three, but I was a lot older with my last one and it stuck around for longer than I wanted it too!

Good luck meeting your goals, and thank you for linking to Super Sunday Sync.

  6. These E-cards are hysterical. And good for you. I know exactly how you feel. I was pushing the 200 number once upon a time and it frightened me to think that I could be there.
Thankfully with will and determination and support I was able to get back to my goal weight and keep it off. Now I'm a gym rat and so much happier for it.
The first step is admitting it ... and that's the crappiest part but now it's out there! Go get em girl!

  7. I can't even blame my weight gain on my kids. I have always been overweight, but my latest weight gain happened when I moved in with my husband. When I graduated college I had gotten down to 190. I was still 25 lbs from my goal weight, but I look at pictures of back then and think "Damn I looked good!" hahaha Now I'm about 75 lbs from my goal weight. Eek! I'm glad I'm on the downward slope, though!

  8. There is hope! You don't have to be the weight you are now! I gained 65 pounds at age 41 with my last child and found an incredible lifestyle that changed my life for the better! I now weigh at age 50 what I weighed just out of High School! I feel so much better and have great energy! I know my 9 year old appreciates it!
